1. The image looks too light or dark! Don’t worry about it. The software we use to put
together our thumbnails, uses some automated processes. It could have made the
preview look lighter or darker than the original file. It might also look off-color. We will
use our expertise and process the file to look fabulous. We guarantee that. So look
for your best shots and order with confidence.

2. Objects in photos. Sports and event photography is ‘action’ photography. Sometimes
elements show up in the photographs that are distracting. If they are very simple to
remove, we will do so automatically at no charge. (sample below). If you think there’s
something you would like retouched that isn’t as obvious or as easy; we can quote
you a price to do this for you.

3. I like the image, but it seems so far away? Don’t worry about it. Our cameras capture
such a large file, that we are able to crop in to the action you’re talking about and
produce a quality photo for you. Trust our expertise or tell us where you’d like an
image cropped closer. Sometimes this might mean cropping something vertical that
was photographed horizontal. We aim to please.
